Music competition could be your big break
LEDYARD, Conn. – If you are a local musician, your big break could be right around the corner.
Foxwoods Resort Casino is starting a contest to find its new voice.
The Wonder of it All competition will pit local bands and singers against each other as they put their own spin on the famous Foxwoods jingle, “The Wonder of it All.”
The jingle was originally sung by John Pizzarelli and began in 1999.
Foxwoods now wants an updated version to use going forward.
The winner will receive a $25,000 price package that includes a promotional contract, recording studio time, and more.
The winning song will be used in advertising and marketing materials.
