Marijuana seized in drug bust

Two men were arrested in a drug bust in Rhode Island.
Investigators released few details about the operation.
Woonsocket police said officers seized 135 pounds of marijuana Wednesday night. The drugs have a street value of about $50,000.
Woonsocket and Cranston police have scheduled a joint news conference for Friday.

for you smart guys out there, the street value they are referencing is a rough estimate of what it would sell for as a whole. not broken down into individual grams. ofcourse its worth more broken down.
somebodies math is realllly off here. $50000 for 135 pounds?? That comes to $370 a pound, or…
$23 a ounce, $3 an eighth…for those who don’t know, eighths start at $25 and go all the way up to $70 (but you’d be getting screwed at $70)
you can’t get a gram for $3.
