Man involved in standoff faces arraignment

The suspect in a police chase and standoff in Pawtucket waived extradition to Massachusetts and is scheduled to be arraigned there Tuesday.
John Keough appeared before a judge Monday in Providence
Police say before the chase last Friday he broke into a home in Rehoboth, tied up the woman who lives there, and then stole her car.
