FOXBOROUGH, Mass.—Hundreds gathered at Showcase Live at Patriot Place in Foxborough on Thursday night to hear an expert talk about the dangers of underage drinking.

Jeff Van Vonderen, host of A&E’s show “Intervention”, appeared at the town hall meeting.

The event marked the one-year anniversary of the death of 17-year-old Taylor Meyer, of Plainville. Meyer died following a teen drinking party.

Along with Von Vonderen, Meyer’s mother and others spoke to teens and parents about the dangers of drinking.
