Steven Foster, of Taunton, was arrested and charged Monday in the fatal shooting of a clerk at a Taunton gas station.

A Taunton man accused of killing a gas station clerk was ordered held without bail Tuesday.

Steven Foster, 37, was arraigned in Taunton District Court on charges of murder, armed robbery, possession of a firearm with three prior violent or drug crimes, possession of a firearm without an firearms identification card, and witness intimidation.  A pretrial conference is scheduled for Nov. 20.

Foster is accused in Sunday’s shooting death of Hegazy Sayed at Planet Petroleum on Winthrop Street.

Someone who went inside the store found Sayed behind the counter and called 911.

It is amazing how all sociopaths look alike.  You can tell there isn’t one iota of remorse on the face of this individual.  30 years of chain-gang duty minimum.

From the sound of it, the cashier probably didn’t even realize he was going to be shot at, much less killed.  Condolences to his family.

that is sooo sad!!!  if i worked @ a gas station for min wage they could take everything and anything they wanted.  Even if i owned it… take whatcha want.
