If there is a silver lining to this bad economy, it’s gas prices.  Prices have dropped another 10 cents this week.

In Rhode Island, the average is now $1.75, according to AAA and $1.74 in Massachusetts.

Gas prices haven’t been this low since March of 2004.In fact, it was just five months ago that they hit an all-time high—reaching above $4 per gallon.
