Foxwoods union talks likely

It appears there will be some union negotiations at Foxwoods.

The United Auto Workers, which represents the dealers, has agreed to begin talks under tribal law.

The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal nation balked at unionization under federal labor laws, saying they had no jurisdiction over the sovereign nation.

So a deal was reached to negotiate for 30 days, under tribal law, to see if an agreement can be reached.
