Police said Horovitz was struck by a vehicle driven by Roseanne Camacho, 64, of Providence. Investigators said speed and alcohol are not factors in the accident.

Horovitz was driving a black 2007 Jeep Wrangler with license plates SH-25.

It is unknown how far the man was from his car when he was struck.

Anyone seeing the vehicle is asked to contact Foster police at 401-397-3317.
