PROVIDENCE—Firefighters had to battle a blaze in Providence harbor Friday morning.
A tugboat caught fire as a crew was dismantling it.The blaze was mostly contained to the tugboat’s wheelhouse.
The workers were able to escape from the 110-foot vessel. Firefighters on boats from three cities were called in to help put out the fire.
