Express RMV opens in Attleboro

An express branch of the RMV has opened Oct. 30, 2009, in a former post office building on Park Street in Attleboro.

ATTLEBORO, Mass.—An express branch of the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles opened Friday in downtown Attleboro.
State officials cut a ribbon to officially open the registry, which is located in a former post office building on Park Street. The space was donated by the city.
The office will be open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The opening of the express office in Attleboro follows the closure of a full-service registry in North Attleborough because of budget cuts.
