Rhode Island’s first E-ZPass lanes will open at the Pell Bridge on Tuesday morning.

Beginning at 7 a.m., drivers with E-ZPass transponders can simply pass through the designated toll lanes without stopping. The toll is automatically deducted from their accounts.
