DMV changes hours of branch offices

Rhode Island is changing the hours of operations at some branches of the Division of Motor Vehicles.
The new schedule will go into effect Oct. 14.
Officials said the change will not reduce the services available at any of the DMV branches, but that the new schedule allows the DMV to better staff the Pawtucket branch while maintaining existing services at all other branches.

I guess it pays to belong to AAA, user friendly is not in the state system. We pay a lot of taxes in this state , but the money seems to fall in a “BLACK HOLE”.
How disappointing! The Warren office is so convenient for us in the East Bay. :(
