Crowe returns as Scrooge

PROVIDENCE – Jim Carrey is not the only Scrooge this year.
Tim Crowe returns to the role of Ebenezer Scrooge in Trinity Rep’s 33rd presentation of A Christmas Carol.
The production will be directed by Birgitta Victorson, who promises lots of snow.
In the past, there were two productions running concurrently, but this season, there will be one cast with Crowe in the lead role.
There are also 14 local children in the performance.
The show begins on November 20 and runs through December 27 in the Chace Theater.
The very first show on November 20 is a Pay What You Can performance, with tickets going on sale at 6:30 p.m. that night.
