According to the police report, Delahoz was pulled over near Great Road and Smithfield Avenue because officers saw her “traveling on the double yellow line with two tires in the northbound lane and two tires in the southbound lane.“

When stopped, she opened her window and was holding what appeared to be a gold badge, according to the police report.

At first Delahoz refused to open the door. She eventually did. When asked for her license, she replied, “I’m on the Central Falls City Council and mumbled that this is was not her car,“ according to the police report.

The arresting officer saw a 10-year-old boy sleeping in the back seat of the car.

The officer said Delahoz smelled of alcohol. According to the report, she told the officer she had three glasses of wine.

According to police, she failed all of the field sobriety tests and refused a chemical test.

NBC 10’s attempts to contact Delahoz at her home were unsuccessful.

Pets I wonder if bereal would be sprouting the same nonsense if the councilwoman (while drinking) or another drunk driver hit her. I bet not she would be at a lawyers office within the hour. Oh wait she has to go to hospital 1st to get it all on record.

BeReal GET REAL. What is to know she was pulled over because she was driving over the lines. Not much to know there. Then tried to pull a badge whats with that. This witch has gotten caught driving on suspended license and failed to appear to answer summons. She put herself in a potition that should have her setting an example. I have a life I enjoy.
What I do requires alot of driving. I chose not to be hit by a dumb azz who thinks it’s ok to drive drunk. Not to mention she had a child in that car. I said it for the other woman who was caught and I will say it for her there is no excuse what so ever for this. Turn your community around hmmm ok. Start with her she didn’t stumble she straight up Mess up.

Hey “Pets”, you’re wrong, I don’t know her but what last time are you talking about, I read that the charge was a first offense.  I’m sick of all the politico wannabes who hop up on their soap box to criticize and point fingers…if this is as reported she was wrong and she’ll pay the price. You need to relaz for a minute, it’s not like she ran over a dog or a cat or worse yet a SQUIRREL!!!  SO YOU TOO CAN GET A LIFE…YOU DOPE LEARN HOW TO SPELL!!!

ok “bereal” for you to think that drunk driving is a “mistake” i think you are the dope. and you mentioned that the system will take care of it… how? like they did last time .. all charges dismissed? she obviously doesn’t care. because she thinks she can just get away with it by waving her city council badge.just to let you know we dont think we are better then her…she thinks she is better than the average joe WAVING HER BADGE AROUND. just stating the obvious facts.  “drunk driving” “drinking and driving’ are ILLEGAL!( we do know the details… did you forget they posted the police report.)  and to mention,  worring about turning our communities around…. HELLO isn’t taking drunk drivers off the road part of that? i would think so.. i would like to see the person that would disagree with that. it is clear to see that you obviously know the person that was charged… and for you or anyone to condone this behavior….your just totally out of your tree!!!! what ever helps you sleep at night i guess. I sure hope that childs parents will never let her watch him/her again.

OK “PUBLIC”, IT’S PRETTY OBVIOUS YOU HAVE A DIFFERENT AGENDA HERE…YOUR POSTS ARE TRANSPARENT AND IF YOU’RE JUST ANOTHER DISGRUNTLED EX-EMPLOYEE WHO GOT CANNED FOR DOING A CRAPPY JOB, GET OVER IT! BASHING THE MAYOR HERE WILL GET YOU NO WHERE…YOU CAN TAKE THAT TO THE CAMPAIGN COFFERS UH I MEAN TO THE BANK. YOU CAN’T HIDE OUT IN YOUR MOM’S BASEMENT FOREVER…AT SOME POINT YOU’LL HAVE TO COME OUT AND PLAY YOU LOSER!!!!!!!!

Let’s see what the mayor does. Nothing I’m sure but if it was an employee who did not contribute to his campaign then I’m sure it would be six month suspension. But if you contribute then it would be don’t do it again. Who cares if Lincoln p.d. made a mistake in the courts eye. Drunk driving is just that.

YOU ALL NEED TO GET A LIFE…OH YEAH I FORGOT NONE OF YOU HAVE EVER MADE A MISTAKE. IN THE FIRST PLACE NONE OF YOU DOPES KNOW WHAT HAPPENED AND IF YOU THINK YOU’RE BETTER THAN HER OR ANYONE ELSE FOR THAT MATTER…RUN FOR CITY COUNCIL…UH WAIT A MINUTE, YOU PROBABLY CAN’T SPELL CITY COUNCIL SO FORGET THAT.  IF SHE MADE A MISTAKE, THE SYSTEM WILL TAKE CARE OF IT.  LET’S TRY TO KEEP IT REAL AND WORRY ABOUT WHAT WE NEED TO TURN OUR COMMUNITIES AROUND INSTEAD OF POINTING FINGERS AT ANYONE WHO STUMBLES.  MAYOR MOREAU WILL DEAL WITH THE SITUATION AND MOVE ON, HE AND THE CITY HAVE BIGGER FISH TO FRY. AS FOR THE LINCOLN PD, I HOPE FOR THEIR SAKE THEY HANDLED THIS PROPERLY, THERE ARE MANY INCONSISTENCIES IN WHAT THEY ARE REPORTING…AND THEY’VE BEEN KNOWN TO BUMBLE A CASE OR TWO OR THREE…ENOUGH ALL READY!!!

I definately have to commend the arresting officer who actually had the balls to follow through and not use “special courtesy” on this drunken broad.  Good for you!!!!
