The museum reopens after being closed for renovations.
PROVIDENCE – After being closed for renovations for the past two months, the Children’s Museum in Providence is scheduled to reopen on Thursday night.
A reopening celebration will featured the brand new exhibit Play Power, which celebrates the power of children’s play.
Play Power will allow children to investigate air, light, magnets, motion and sound.
The exhibit features balls rolling down ramps and through mazes, with colorful balls and scarves featured along with original music.
The Museum is located at 100 South Street in Providence and is open Tuesday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
