Child hospitalized in house fire
PAWTUCKET, R.I.—There’s no word yet on the condition of a child taken to the hospital after a fire in Pawtucket.
The fire broke out at about 5:30 p.m. Monday at a triple-decker on Clark Street.
The fire is said to have started in a second-floor kitchen. A child on the third floor was the one hospitalized for smoke inhalation.
