CRANSTON, R.I.—With all the announced layoffs at the big banks across the country, an announcement Monday from Domestic Bank in Cranston stands out because this bank is actually hiring.
A press release quotes the bank CEO and President, Dean Holt, as saying they’ll hire nine people after a job fair Tuesday night from 6-9 p.m. at their main office at 815 Reservoir Avenue.
The bank has seven branches in Rhode Island and two more in Massachusetts.
