Animal lovers call shelter over rescued cats

ATTLEBORO, Mass.—There’s been a big response from animal lovers regarding the rescue of more than 40 cats.
The Friends of Attleboro Animal Shelter said they’ve received at least a 150 e-mails about the cats rescued from an Attleboro home this week.
Many of the cats, which are staying in Norton, will be vaccinated this week and then spayed and neutered.
