3 hurt in Cape Cod shooting

BARNSTABLE, Mass.—Three men were shot in Barnstable - including one who suffered a life-threatening chest wound - in the second triple shooting in the Cape town in less than two months.
Police said three men were taken to the hospital after the shooter fired into a crowd that gathered early Saturday morning in the Hyannis section of Barnstable.
A 23-year-old suffered the chest wound. The others were shot in the leg and foot. Police, who didn’t release any victims’ names, said the shooting wasn’t random.
The shooting follows a Sept. 5 incident when a man opened fire outside a Hyannis nightclub, injuring three.
No arrests have been made in either incident.
Barnstable Detective Sgt. John Murphy said there are similarities between the shootings, but it’s unknown of the incidents are related.
