Mr. Brown has verbally sexually abused me while he was an aide to the governor, and while I tried to address the situation to the governor, I was told by his assistance to contact the governor’s sectretary, which I did several times, and never heard back from Mr. Carcieri. I was trying to get a 2 letter-2 digit license plate while Mr. Brown ran that department in room 222 of the R.I. State House, at the time and he spoke to me in a very inappropriate, indecent manner, which I feel the public should know and Mr. Brown should not hold any position for the state of R.I. anywhere, his actions and the manner he spoke to me has taunted me ever since, I will never forget how he spoke to me and made sexual advances to me while working in the state house, He told me about his personnel life, where he lived, the type of car he drove, and spoke to me in a very inappropiate, unprofessional way, and I want my story to be told so they will be aware of his actions and how the governor ignored my calls to his office about my concerns about this situation. I feel like Mr. Carcieri was just trying to keep my story from being heard and was covering up for Mr. Brown, which as our governor, his concerns should be focused on the public and their situations and not just let someone like Mr. Brown get away with these inappropriate behavior.

I went to the R.I. State House a few years ago to request a 2 letter, 2 digit license plate where I met Mr. Dan Brown, who at the time held the position to hand out the plates in room 222 at the R.I. State House, where I was verbally sexually assaulted by Mr. Brown, when I spoke to Mr. Carcieri’s spokeman about the situation, he advised me to contact the governor’s secretary about the situation, which I did several times, and never heard back from the governor, which I feel like “they” in the state house was trying to cover up my story, and I feel like the people of R.I. need to hear my story and know what kind of indesecent person Mr. Dan Brown is and how Mr. Carcieri and his staff tried to cover up my story and nothing has been done about it, but now after hearing this new story about Mr. Brown and his trying to pass a bad check, I feel like the public should hear my story and know how our governor tried to cover up for Mr. Brown and he should not hold any position for the state of R.I., he should be terminated, and possibly be held responsible for his actions towards me, I was very uncomfortable with the way he talked to me. It was very unprofessional and very inappropriate, and has taunted me ever since to know he got away with the way he spoke to me, he tried to make sexual advances to me and I can prove it, because he even told me where he lived, what kind of car he drove, and his personnel life style in his neighborhood with his neighbors. This is not a story that should be avoided, it should be addressed to the public how our governor and his staff conduct business in our State House. I am still very upset that the governor himself never contacted me to address my concern’s about Mr. Dan Brown and his actions towards me. Please feel free to contact me and I will be more than willing to tell my side of this story! Very upset Rhode Islander!
