Lean Cuisine recalls chicken dishes

Nestle is recalling several of its popular Lean Cuisine frozen chicken meals.

The recall covers the 9.5 ounce package of Lean Cuisine Pesto Chicken with Bow Tie Pasta, the 10.5 ounce box of Lean Cuisine Chicken Mediterranean, and the 12.5 ounce package of Lean Cuisine Chicken Tuscan.

The frozen dinners are being recalled because several people said they found small pieces of hard plastic in the meals. The company said it has received a report that one person was injured.

Consumers can return the frozen meals to the store for a full refund.
