Citizens Bank and NBC 10 awarded a $25,000 grant to the ASPIRE program at the Rhode Island Foster Parents Association.

The program is the recipient of the Financial Literacy Champions in Action award.

The ASPIRE program helps teens in foster care get on the path to self sufficiency by teaching them the best way to handle money.
