About A 10 Thanksgiving
NBC 10 is partnering with Shaw's/Osco and The Salvation Army this holiday season to provide Thanksgiving meals for 2,500 families in need in Southern New England.
You can help by donating nonperishable food items at participating Shaw's supermarkets in Southern New England. Look for marked bins inside Shaw's/Osco stores in Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts. Donations will be accepted from Nov. 6 through Nov. 23.
Shaw’s/Osco will provide 2,500 coupons toward fresh or frozen turkeys for distribution with the food collected. The Salvation Army will sort and distribute the food to families.
