Bed bugs are on the move

There has been a problem in hotels across the country recently and now bed bugs are apparently moving into college dormitories, too.

The National Pest Management Association says its members are being called to dorms more often these days. The bugs live in mattresses and bedding and feed on humans at night.

Bed bugs can live up to a year without people around, which means they don't die off during summer breaks.

They spread when bedding, mattresses, and luggage are moved from place to place.
