Zero Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

1/2 cup V-8 juice
2 tablespoons vinegar or lemon juice
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
Dash of black pepper
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon prepared Horseradish
1 small clove garlic, minced

Method of Preparation:

1. In a small bowl, whisk together the juice and vinegar.
2. Add the onion, black pepper, green pepper, parsley, horseradish, and garlic; mix well.
3. Pour over finely shredded ice berg lettuce.
