White Chocolate Popcorn Crunch

Ingredients:
Popcorn, freshly popped 2 quarts
Dried cranberries 3/4 cup
Almonds, sliced, toasted 3/4 cup
White chocolate chips 1 pound
Unsalted butter 2 tablespoons

Method of Preparation:
1. In a very large bowl, combine popcorn, dried cranberries and almonds and toss to mix.
2. In a double boiler over gently simmering water, place the white chocolate chips and butter; gently stir until melted and smooth.
3. Quickly pour the melted chocolate and butter over the popcorn mixture and mix with lightly oiled hands to coat evenly.
4. When all ingredients are combined, pour popcorn onto a lightly oiled sheet pan and place in a 250 degree oven for 10 minutes. Allow to cool. Break into pieces. Serve.
