Pizza Lasagna

(Serves 4)

Ingredients:
Spaghetti, cooked and drained 1 pound
Eggs, beaten 3
Milk 1 cup
Tomato sauce 1 quart
Ground beef 1 pound
Onion, chopped fine 1
Mushrooms, sliced 1 cup
Garlic, minced 2 cloves
Oregano, dried 1 teaspoon
Pepperoni, chopped 1/2 pound
Cheese, shredded 3 cups

Method of Preparation:
1. In a bowl, combine the spaghetti, eggs and milk.  Mix well.
2. Place in a greased 9X13-inch casserole.
3. Spread the tomato sauce over the noodles.
4. In a skillet, brown the hamburger, onions, mushrooms and garlic, add the oregano and adjust the seasoning.
5. Add the pepperoni and mix; add this over the sauced spaghetti, sprinkle with the cheese.  Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.  Let cool for 15 minutes and serve.
