Chilled Crab Cocktail

Serves 2

Ingredients:

For the Sauce:

2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon grated horseradish
1 lime wedge, juiced
1tablespoon ketchup
1 head Belgium endive
8 ounces lump crab meat
Fresh dill sprigs, for garnish

Method of Preparation:

1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, horseradish, and lime juice; mix well.
2. Place the crab in a bowl and lightly spoon some of the sauce over the crab.  Mix gently until well combined.
3. Line two martini glasses with the endive leaves with the tops of the leaves pointing up.  Divide the crab between the glasses and garnish with a sprig of fresh dill.
4. Chill well before serving.
