Ingredients:
Egg 1
Milk 1/4 cup
Flour 1/2 cup
Paprika 1 teaspoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper 1/4 teaspoon
Butter 2 tablespoons
Oil 2 tablespoons
Chicken breasts halves, boneless 4
Apples, peeled, sliced 2
Swiss cheese 4 ounces
Butter 2 tablespoons

For the Sauce:
Butter 1/4 cup
Mushrooms, sliced 1/2 pound
Onion, small, diced 1
Garlic, minced 1 clove
Flour 1 tablespoon
Sour cream 1 cup
Salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation:
1. Beat the egg with the milk in a bowl and set aside.
2. In a bowl, add the flour and seasonings.
3. Heat the oil and butter until hot.
4. Dip the chicken in the seasoned flour, then in the egg mixture. Make sure the oil is hot.
5. Brown the chicken on both sides until cooked. Keep warm
6. On the breasts, add the apple slices, Swiss cheese, a little sauce (See recipe below.) and top with the 2 remaining tablespoons of butter. Bake until golden brown. Serve at once.

For the Sauce:
1. Heat the butter and add the mushrooms, onion, and garlic; saute until soft.
2. Add the flour and stir well.
3. Add the sour cream and heat just until slightly thick and season with salt and pepper.
