Bombay Style Popcorn

Ingredients:
Popcorn, freshly popped 8 cups
Unsalted butter 6 tablespoons
Curry powder 1 tablespoon
Kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
Toasted coconut 1/2 cup
   
Method of Preparation:

1. Make sure the popcorn is warm.
2. Melt the butter in a saucepan with the curry powder, slowly mixing well.
3. Drizzle the butter on the warm popcorn, mixing well. Add the salt and sugar and continue mixing.
4. When thoroughly mixed, sprinkle in the toasted coconut and mix again. Serve at once.
