Video Pick: Elephants

Our turnto10.com video pick comes to us today from the artist’s studio at Roger Williams Park Zoo.

The elephants painted some masterpieces this week as part of the zoo’s animal enrichment project. 

The enrichment program involves offering animals interesting objects, foods, scents and other items to help keep them both mentally, and physically, active and healthy.

The program offers animals certain activities, like painting, to keep their brains stimulated.

Along with zoo staff members, children helped Ginny, Kate and Alice, the zoo’s three, female African elephants, create their unique works of art.
