A large cruise ship broke from its moorings in nearly 70 mph winds. As the ship drifted from the dock, a gangway crashed into the water.
Four people were dumped into the water. Crew members jumped in to rescue them.
One passenger was admitted to a hospital with a head injury. The others were treated for hypothermia.
