PROVIDENCE—Proposing marriage can be nerve-wracking enough.  When you do it in front of dozens of people, some might really sweat.

But Sal Buscemi got down on one knee at the Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular in Roger Williams Park on Wednesday and waited for his girlfriend’s answer. He even had a pumpkin carved to say, “Caitlyn, will you marry me?“

Caitlyn Bagley, who said yes, said she never suspected the proposal.

The couple has been dating for two years. One of their first dates was at the Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular.

They have a 10-month-old daughter.
