Today’s Flashback continues what we started on Dec. 2 when a ribbon-cutting officially opened the Rhode Island Convention Center. And 15 years ago the Grand Opening celebration for the facility was held for the public—the reporters were Caterina Bandini and Rhondella Richardson.
