PROVIDENCE.—Vice President Joe Biden stopped briefly in Providence on Thursday to attend a wake for the sister of U.S. Sen. Christopher Dodd.
Martha Dodd Buonanno, of Narragansett, died Monday of cancer. She was 68.
Biden and Dodd are longtime friends.
