Pell’s greatest accomplishments

Statesman, Brahmin and intellectual come to mind when talking about Sen. Claiborne Pell.

He was known throughout the world for his non-confrontational way of conducting foreign policy. He served in the Senate for 36 years and was 90 years old when he passed away. NBC 10’s Frank Coletta takes a look back at the senator’s life.

I graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 2004.  I would like to say thank you to Mr. Pell for the education grant and God bless your family.
