Fire destroys Westerly home

No one was reported injured but officials said a home was destroyed by fire on Monday.

Westerly, R.I.—Firefighters are still on the scene of a fire in Westerly that broke out between 8 and 8:30 a.m. Monday.
According to Misquamicut firefighters, seven people were inside the home on Montauk Avenue at the time.
Three got out through the front door and four people escaped the home, via the balcony.
No one was reported hurt.
Officials said the home was destroyed. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
