WARWICK, R.I.  - The family of a Foster woman killed in a
car crash by an allegedly drunken driver are upset that the man has
been released on bail.

A judge on Tuesday reduced David Hazard’s bail to $25,000, which
he later made.

Police allege that Hazard was behind the wheel of a pickup truck
that crashed into a car driven by Katherine O’Toole, 48,
last week. O’Toole, a mother of six, died.

The 37-year-old Hazard of Scituate is charged with felony
driving under the influence, death resulting, and other charges.

Hazard’s lawyer says his client is remorseful. As conditions of
his bail, he is not allowed to use alcohol or drugs, and must
undergo mental health screenings.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE JUDGES IN THIS STATE?????!!!!!!!  How can this judge sleep at night knowing this repeat-offender will be out on the roads threatening the lives of more innocent people!!!!!!  What a slap in the face to this poor family that has lost their mother.  There is NO justification for what this judge has allowed.  I’m ready to start the petition to get the judge thrown off the bench.  Anyone care to join me?

I think they should order a competency test for the judge!

DISGUSTING What planet does this stupid fool of a judge live on.  The killer says he will not drink. YEP that works NOT NOT NOT.

UNREAL, just turn a person who murders innocent people lose so he can hurt more people I hope he doesn’t kill anyone else while this kind judge is on the bench, GEE she might make him stay home unless he has a driver.  Maybe the judge could be his keeper, at least she might earn her pay.
