RI lumber stores sold to Long Island company

A Long Island construction supply company has purchased two Rhode Island lumber stores.

Riverhead Building Supply bought JT’s Lumber.

JT’s has locations in North Kingstown and Middletown and has been in business for more than 100 years. Those stores will continue to operate under the JT’s Lumber name.

Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.

Riverhead Building Supply operates nine retail lumber and building supply locations on Long Island.
